Join us on a gastronomic adventure in the fairytale village of Mazzano, a short distance from the center of Rome. The charming medieval village is built on a tuff rock above the Treja Valley, where you will find our house overlooking an ancient lush forest. Here you can experience a piece of history by shopping with our chef in a typical market, picking fresh ingredients by hand, meeting local merchants and cooking together some of the recipes that distinguish the most authentic culinary traditions. After the practical lesson, you can sip wine, enjoy the view and enjoy your full meal in the romantic lounge or on the terrace. We will take care of your round-trip transportation from Rome to this picturesque village.
Includes round-trip transfer from central Rome, shopping in local shops, lesson, 5-course meal with 3 types of pasta, main course, side dish, dessert, water and wine (or soft drink on request).
