Dine in our exclusive private apartments or visit the nearby medieval village of Mazzano Romano for a unique culinary adventure. A Fabiolous Cooking Day communicates the heart of Italian cuisine by taking our guests on a true culinary journey through the real Rome. Market & Cooking Class (Rome) 9.30am, duration approximately 5 hours

One of our Fabiolous chefs will take you on a culinary journey through the real Italy.

You will do your shopping at the Campo de' Fiori market, choosing fresh ingredients to use in your cooking class.

Then you will prepare your meal in an exclusive apartment located in the heart of the Eternal City. You will make homemade pasta, such as ravioli or fettuccine, and prepare other dishes under the guidance of your chef to create a complete meal. At the end of the course, you will taste the dishes you have created, accompanied by a red or white wine chosen from those selected by the chef to complete the lunch.

In this way, you will not become a tourist, but a true traveler immersed in authentic Roman culture!

Includes shopping at the market and local shops, lesson, 5-course meal with 3 types of pasta, main course, side dish, dessert, water and wine (or soft drink on request).
