Umbria: The Path of Germanicus, a sustainable cultural and food and wine journey.

The Cammino di Germanico is a circular route of approximately 70 km that connects the city of Amelia in Umbria with its seven splendid hamlets. It takes its name from the most illustrious guest of the local archaeological museum : the wonderful bronze statue of Germanicus , found in the 1960s in the surroundings of the city.

The entire route is marked by blue trail signs and directional stickers. The parts of the Camino that follow the Amerini Paths have double signs, blue and white and red.

The Germanicus Way passes through areas of great naturalistic charm, from the woods to the countryside, reaches enchanting villages and can be tackled at any time of the year, even by people who have not yet had experiences of this type.
