UNE is a gastronomic project that includes the forgotten products of Umbria, as rich and fascinating as they are now confined to the memory of our grandparents, and the creativity and ingredients of a young chef with years of work behind him in restaurants acclaimed by critics and the public (Disfrutar, 1947 at Le Cheval Blanc, Benu and Il Pagliaccio). A fusion that mixes innovation and international techniques with the culture of the land.

You will stay in the farmhouse immersed in the rural nature of Bevagna, within an excellent organic farm, with the possibility of enriching your stay with guided tastings and cooking courses (to be booked separately).

5-course Acquedotto menu with 3-glass wine pairing (including water and coffee).
dinner proposal for 2 people: €320 (€160 per person).

7-course menu with wine pairing of 5 glasses (including water and coffee)
dinner proposal for 2 people: €390 (€195 per person).
dinner proposal for 4 people: €780 (€195 per person).
Open date package valid until December 2024. Minimum 2 people. We recommend making your reservation at least 7 days in advance (particularly for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and for groups of more than 4 people).
