Situated high on the rocky hills of Sicily's eastern coast, the Grand Hotel Timeo has long been known as one of Italy's most glamorous retreats. All 70 rooms and suites of the Grand Hotel Timeo are elegantly furnished in Italian style. Most have beautiful terraces or balconies. The suites evoke opulent Italian Baroque style, while the Presidential Suite enjoys the added attraction of a large terrace with a kiosk, lounge, dining room and small Jacuzzi. Guests can choose to stay in the Timeo Palace or, for privacy, Villa Flora has been added, a delightful annex just 50 meters from the Timeo Palace.

Boasting one of the most magical backdrops, a timeless panorama in which Etna and Cape Taormina are the stars of the show, the restaurant combines its spectacular location with wonderful Sicilian and Mediterranean cuisine. The menu focuses on delicious seasonal products and local specialities, including cherry tomatoes from Pachino, pistachios from Bronte, capers from Salina, red garlic from Nubia and excellent regional wines such as Nero d'Avola and Moscato di Pantelleria. Immersed in the scents and colors of the hotel's five acres of gardens is the spa. This is the place to pamper your body in pure Sicilian style.
